This development build supports verified email membership and saved category preferences. Auction emails are not active yet.

What this build stores

When you request a sign-in link, your email is sent to Supabase Auth to deliver and verify that request. After verification, Supabase stores your member identity and a default preferences record with alert emails disabled. Secure session cookies keep you signed in; signing out clears this browser’s session.

Your interests and email choice

Saving interests stores your selected categories and separate email choice in Supabase. Consent changes include a server timestamp and the consent-text version. Signing out does not delete your saved choices, and signing in does not re-enable email alerts. Free Academy access never requires alert-email consent. You can save no categories to pause category-based alerts, or uncheck email consent and save to opt out.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics on the hosted website to understand page visits, referral sources, approximate location and device information. It does not use analytics cookies or record your screen or form entries. We exclude authentication and unsubscribe pages, strip query strings and URL fragments from tracked page addresses, and do not send your email address or saved interests as analytics events.
